素敵なご縁に感謝を込めて

“We’re so glad we made this purchase!” These were the words of Mr. and Mrs. M from Oita Prefecture. They were looking for a single slab of wood as a retirement gift for their husband. They happened to see a large size piece that we don’t usually bring to our exhibitions, and upon seeing the beautiful monkeypod wood, both husband and wife exclaimed, “This is the only one for us!” Perhaps this is what fate is all about? The size isn’t fully conveyed in the large room, but it’s a massive piece: 2.4 meters long and 1 meter wide. With gratitude for this wonderful encounter.
